Ibrahim,

Please run
$ sudo agrsm-test

If the modem is found, enter your personal dialout information with:
$ sudo gedit   /etc/wvdial.conf
while removing the symbols   ;  < >
Save

Then try a dialout with:
$ sudo wvdial

If the modem is not found during the agrsm-test
send us the ouput from the this test.
