JN, The problem is likely that the floppy is not folding the entire ZIP file, as it is wvdial_jaunty_i386.zip 1.2M You can get around this problem by transferring it via a USB driver Also Linux will mount your Windows partition and you can find it there will under Linux. Say it is mounted on /media/win (or similar). then find it with: $ find /media/win -name wv*.zip and/or $ find /media/win -name WV*.ZIP Once thus found, record the place with command like: $ wvplace=`find /media/win -name WV*.ZIP` Which should be tested/repeated by: $ echo $wvplace Then copy into your Linux position with $ cp $wvplace ./ whereat it should now be displayed by $ ls wv* of $ ls WV* and you can proceed with the unpacking step: $ unzip WV*.ZIP or $ unzip wv*.zip depending on what was displayed.
