Sorry to be a little late to respond, but you did get the following zip file:

http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/wvdial_jaunty_i386.zip

You may be able to unzip it either by command line unzip or from
nautilus browser and install the packages with the
$ sudo dpkg *.deb

or similar commands.  The files don't to be executable, but you may
change permissions on them after extracting them.
