Antonis    Under Microsoft please follow the instructions in SoftModem.txt torun the modem diagnostic.  In particular we need the AT query outputsand the device designation of the modem card
If it was an Agere modem, it should have been detected within the PCI devicesIt would be worth while running the diagnostic tools onhttp://www.linuxant.com/drivers/modemident.php
