Your LoginName and Password was never sent in the above transaction.Make sure there in your /etc/wvdial.conf  lines like:
Username =  LoginName@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx =  YourPassword
If they are there, the transactions may be too fast with Stupid ModeTry commenting it out.
