I read Joe's message as meaning that he views the draft posted by
Barry as being from an IESG member. The reason given is that a
person cannot stop being a member of the IESG especially if the
matter which the person is writing about is based on internal
discussions of the IESG.
I don't see why either of you should not be allowed to express an
opinion on this mailing list without it being turned into a
discussion about "lying".
