well-paying ethical work can be (surprisingly, to some) difficult to find. "ethical" = creates actual value (as opposed to, say, robbing one person to benefit another, or taking advantage of people's misfortunes to make their lives even worse) and not having the purpose or side effect of doing significant harm to or threatening people or their welfare.
