It's hard to understand how anyone who's familiar with the tangled
progress of UTS#46 would say that.
Stop misreading. "Maybe there is no sense of urgency" is clearly speculation about the wider community's sense. It's probably quite right too. If you think we should think it's urgent, then make the case. Be specific. What's broken, and why is fixing it urgent?
