On both my Macbook Pro 13" using Chrome and my iPhone 6 using Safari, "responsive" looks the best, on the phobe it leaves a small margin on the right. Of the others, on the laptop, 10 looks the best, and on my iPhone, 9 leaves a bit of a larger margin on the right, but is the most readable because 10, 11, and 12 all look identical, taking the text right up to the right edge of the screen.

Cheers,
Andy
