That statement makes my head hurt. Any time I attended meetings at the ITU
under the ISOC banner, I had to sit in the cheap seats at the back labelled
"Civil Society".
I remind you that ISOC has both organisational and individual members,
and many local chapters. Sure sounds like Civil Society to me. There may
be special interest groups, also part of Civil Society, who have different
views to ISOC, of course.
