Well, maybe. One hopes that if an ISP chooses 6rd as a means to roll out v6 service to its customers, they've considered MTU issues and dealt with them as much as is feasible. It's much easier to do that for TCP traffic than for say UDP. All of these transition mechanisms introduce unpleasant and undesirable corner cases.
