No. there is nothing in the current classification algorithm to
discriminate from any other native range. But it's not native, as it
has, among other things, the same reliance on IPv4 and the same MTU
issues than 6to4 as the core mechanism is based on 6to4 tunneling, or
encapsulation, or whatever else you want to call it.
