" The NomCom may disclose a list of names of nominees who are willing to be considered for positions under review to the community, in order to obtain feedback from the community on these nominees."

That is part of the rules, https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc8713.html#name-confidentiality which means that NomCom could not list any candidates and have no feedback at all. I doubt the IETF community would support that.

8713 is a BCP, and the practices it describes are no longer current.  That was my point.  Take it with a grain of salt.
