I also don't think that being in NomCom i would like to be rushed into making

IME - I was on this year's NomCom - it wasn't rushed at all.

On the contrary, deliberations began at the right time, when the
(considerable amount of) information gathered over the past 2-3 weeks
was still very fresh in my mind.

It's worth noting what the rules (i.e. RFC 8713) say about community feedback:

The NomCom may disclose a list of names of nominees who are willing to be considered for positions under review to the community, in order to obtain feedback from the community on these nominees.

IETF community members are encouraged to provide feedback on nominees to the NomCom but should not post statements of support/non-support for nominees in any public forum.

Community feedback isn't *required* ("may disclose") even though it's encouraged, and there is certainly no timeline defined. So it's entirely each NomCom's choice how much time they allow. I think the constraints are such that it's always going to be less than a month.
