I do not think that will happen. IPv6 even happened to me last night
in a small hotel in Schlesvig-Holstein. The performance was abysmal,
there was (overloaded) v4 NAT going on,  but I got working v6 addresses.
The market is in a state where it sometimes just happens. Many legacy
systems do not support it, but their loss.

I'm all for. It's been close to 10 years since I started using RFC 6540
as a MUST in my procurement work. It has given me better services.
