No, not all. The RFC Editor is about to release revisions to the S/MIME specs where "MIME" is spelled out, for example.

I'd certainly agree to this. It makes sense that if the RFC Editor is going to change something as major as the title of a document, that the IESG should at least see that with more than 48 hours to think about it.
