Sorry to interject but that’s still open to misinterpretation - this survey was initiated and asked for by the IESG and covers their choice of subjects.  The questions were partially designed by the LLC and the survey is being distributed by the Secretariat, all on behalf of the IESG.  The LLC will not see the results unless the IESG choose to share them.
