when I visit https://tools.ietf.org/id/draft-masinter-mime-web-info-00.txt with three different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) only one (Firefox) seems to have a menu that lets me save anything as a file: Firefox has a "Save Page As" but I don't see a "Save". If I want to retrieve a page without any helpful sniffing/transformation, I suppose I could use curl or wget (curl vs Wget (haxx.se) (using WSL on Windows? )
