1) RFC 8713, 4.17:
"The Chair reviews the primary affiliation of each volunteer selected
by the method in turn."

2) The beginning of the thread:
"I've asked people from IETF 107 registrations who passed the
attendance eligibility test [..] I've noted them with "(107)" next to
them. I'll also need to get an affiliation from some of these."

I'm assuming not reporting or mis-reporting an existing affiliation is
a clear conflict of interest per se and would simply lead to the
termination of the NomCom term.  If you believe this is not exactly
clear as per RFC 8713, someone has already suggested that you write an
update to that.
