it looks like DCCP is one of those WGs whose charter was reverted to some old version as part of the web site redesign. Please fix this ASAP.
Also, please check whether all the WGs have current charters online now. I thought this had already happened, but obviously not. It's really important for the IETF work that the web charters are accurate.
