This alg=4 (WPA_ALG_IGTK), key_idx=4 is the key used by PMF for
protecting group addressed robust management frames. It looks like the
driver used here does not support BIP and as such, it cannot be used
with PMF. Consequently, it is not suitable for use with Hotspot 2.0 Rel
2.
