1) When you click on the openh323 or pwlib link, you will get
    a list of all releases along with code names. Pandora is 1.14.x.
3) Install various standard -devel packages, compile PWLib and
    OpenH323 and then GnuGk.
4) FileAcct should not cause any bottlenecks. Did you try increase
    CallSignalHandlerNumber?

You could also build a debug (or release) version with symbol information
not stripped and enabled core dumps. Then send me a backtrace info
for the crash.
