1. Try the latest Pandora release of PWLib/OpenH323.
2. Compile in LARGE_FDSET (if you haven't done it yet).
3. Try to use 2.0.8 or 2.0.9 cvs.
4. Make sure authorization/accounting is not a bottleneck.
