I didn't try, but IMO we just have to
	- change "no" to "nn" in the Makefiles' LINGUAS variables,
	- rename directory "no" to "nn" in po/,
	- rename directories under images/.
Maybe we can/should add links "no" and "nb" to "nn" in html/.

Maybe a silly question, but what about the gettext packages here:

	http://cygwin.com/packages/

(For me it looks like cygwin contains or provides gettext packages...)
