Fine.
It would be nice to have the lang codes correct when help for v2.6 will
be available. It turnes out to be a simple job in po according to doing
it in xml :-) Someone offer their valuable time to do the job? I
myself feel on thin ice in this case.

Will there really be any "no" and "nb" in HTML? (Except for eventually
*country* codes "no" which of course should not be changed).
With the changes you mention above, will the html code like <span
lang="no" xml:lang="no"> be changed automatically to <span lang="nn"
xml:lang="nn"> and so forth. Right?

Not silly, but yes, I know. I have not study the Cygwin gettext packages
carefully, but it looks like they are not complete. (Perhaps I am
downloading from a not updated site?). The Cygwin setup program (adding
new packages) only works for packages created by the Cygwin team
downloaded via the setup program. Of course there must be a way to add
other packages and activating them, but at the moment I don't know how to.
