This would be a solution if we don't want to adjust our tooling. The wiki pages can be created like "TestDay:Fedora 38 I18N Test Day" and only once the date is fully fixed, they can be moved to "TestDay:2023-04-05 I18N Test Day". It's a bit more work, but you can create it right away, and our tooling will work. You just mustn't forget about the title change, or the tools will fail to work.
