Repeated clicks on it toggled selected state on and off. Only after several did I figure "selected" out, and why the reaction to a click on the lower left link produced inexplicable responses. I suspect the overwhelmingly majority of installations are 1-2 disks. I imagine the first window showing partitions/volumes and the instruction is: choose at least one partition/volume for your Fedora installation, or choose Show More Options.
