I think you're rather going over the top, here; I wouldn't consider
anything Pasha said to be insulting, berating or abusing. You also seem
to be forgetting that he *did* have a specific concern which you haven't
addressed: he asked why the screensaver functionality had been removed
and you refused to answer because you didn't like his tone. So it seems
odd for you now to say "If you have more specific issues about which you
are unhappy, we can address those.", after you've refused to address his
specific issue.
