Everything is shared. Go to Pagure, fork the project, create a
directory for your language and start translating. There is already one
person working on Venezuelan Spanish translations.
Just bear in mind that the English origin is still a subject of change,
so parts of what you translate now may have to be translated again once
we make a release.
