I have no idea. Up through FC5, jpackage packages worked. Then some
small subset of packages that looked like they had a jpackage history,
not including any reasonable way to install Sun java were included in
the fedora repo and fedora support was dropped in the jpackage repo.
Probably unrelated, but around the same time, Sun Java 1.5 was included
in the RHEL5 update repository. I basically gave up on getting any of
it to work.
