Actually no, I don't believe any @redhat.com folks are filling the
releng tasks for EPEL, or if they are, they were doing it before being
hired at RH and it is not part of their job.

To the best of my knowledge, not a single person within Red Hat is paid
to work on EPEL.  Any @redhat.com participation is done in one's spare
time.
