I believe this is the reverse of what should happen. The onus is on
others to show that Peter current use of his proven packagers abilities
is reckless, harmful to the distribution as a whole, ... to FESCo so
that FESCo can correct the situation. The onus is not on Peter to show
that he no longer makes the mistakes he made years ago.

There's probably a legal term for this but I'm tired enough that I'm not
going to look it up.

Let's give the people investigating the situation time to do their
thing. There will no doubt be changes made to processes and policies
before the next FESCo election to ensure the same mistakes cannot be
made again.
