That is an interesting point, and one that was never clear to me from the wording "organisation xy wants to manage your account": Which kind of access do you grant Fedora (resp. RHEL) if you "join" that GitLab organisation with an existing GitLab account? If it's a Fedora hosted instance things are much clearer.
