That gets into the whole problem of defining a "session".  Most people
with laptops suspend instead of logging out for example.  You might
define "session" as between suspends, but that would be annoying if I
was working at my cube, got called to a meeting, closed my laptop
(causing it to suspend), reopened it 30 feet away at the meeting room
(unsuspend), and people were no longer able to access my files.
