I don't think it's possible because the MBR -> GPT conversion will destroy all partitions on the original drive.
An internet search for "convert MBR to GPT" yields many results,
including some from authoritative sources including Microsoft and Dell.
Some of them even have "without data loss" in the page title.
I myself have done this at least twice in 5 years with no data loss,
using the 'gdisk' utility (man 8 gdisk) in Fedora.
The conversion is particularly easy when the MBR partitions
do not cover the first and last 1MB of the drive,
which has been a prevalent practice for many years.
