It complains for me:

% rg ^DNS= /etc/systemd/resolved.conf 
19:DNS=1.1.1.1,1.0.0.1

systemd-resolved[23515]: Failed to add DNS server address '1.1.1.1,1.0.0.1', ignoring: Invalid argument

This is with systemd-246.10-1.fc33.x86_64
