Hey folks! Some update since last time: - we re-ran the import script with the suggested optimisation, it was faster but still took about 52 hours, so we'll run an incremental updater until we go to prod. There are still ways we can cut down on the number of imported accounts (not importing disabled accounts for example). - we're making progress on the 2FA issue, still ironing out the details - we're also hardening the security settings for the new webapp, Noggin, so that it fits our application security policy. At that point our aim is to migrate production early March. We'll keep you posted!
