What I'd suggest doing is strace-ing the rendering process in the version built against glibc 2.32 vs. the version built against glibc 2.33/2.32.9x and compare the syscalls it uses, to see what changed. I see a few syscall use changes in glibc, but they are in .c files, not in .h files, so I am surprised that the version of glibc used at build time apparently matters.
