Remember that EPEL is _part of Fedora_. Someone with primary (or sole!)
interest in providing packages on that base is _also_ part of Fedora.

Fedora is a project that does a lot of hard, generally thankless work.
Packaging for an OS is no longer generally regarded as the "cool kid"
thing to do in the open source ecosystem. (Even though I think you're
cool, y'all.) So, let's figure out how we can include more people to
better work together, rather than saying that some parts of the project
don't count.
