Correct. It needs koji admin to be able to spin images for a variety of
reasons (mostly resources... disk and builder cycles and io)

I'm waiting for a firmware update thats hopefully out soon that will
allow us to isolate some SOC's on a seperate physical network wire so
we can make sure they don't interfere with anything else.

We do already have some QA ones with more limited access, we can see
about adding you to access those if that would help?
