There are 3 things I would like to add here:

1. As Peter mentioned elsewhere in his reply, not even the ARM team has access to the ARM builders in PHX. Just like we don't have x86_64. Access is handled by the infrastructure team, builds are handled by koji. These are closed systems without remote access provisions.

2. Kevin Fenzi is working on setting up a limited pool community-accessible ARM builders. Join in the weekly fedora-arm meeting on Wendesdays at 20:00 UTC in #fedora-meeting-1 for updates about his progress (And other ARM topics). As of last week it was being considered and worked on, but not immediately ready to go.

3. If you are a Red Hat employee I can provide access to ARM systems of the same caliber as what is in the Fedora colo. Drop me a line and let me know what you need- I will make it happen.
