Non-sysadmins will notice that their system boots faster, which is a great 
thing. Sysadmins will notice the negative effects.

At least that's Piscium's view. We should not forget that home users have to 
admin their systems to some extent and thus some home users might also 
notice some of those changes to admin interfaces.
