Chrome is the most popular browser for pretty much the same reasons that Windows is the most popular operating system. It has nothing to do with "just works" moments, which anyway are different for most users and hard to identify their impact. For instance cutting off third party trackers just works on Firefox. It is important for me, but does it matter for the majority of the users?
