first losetup segfaulted and then:

MHC:root@linux:/var/src/util-linux-2.12a/mount# ./losetup -a
Segmentation fault
MHC:root@linux:/var/src/util-linux-2.12a/mount# lsmod | grep loop
loop                   57420  1

module is not removable again
