I quickly looked but didn't find mount-aes sources. But inspecting losetup
binary looked like it was from old version of loop-AES.

If all other attempts fail, you can still wget the binary package, and
extract the files of the package to some directory, something like this:

    dpkg -x mount-aes_2.11x-1_i386.deb z
    ./z/sbin/losetup -e AES256 .........whatever
