Actually, you can get the iso but not by that link. I just checked it out
and it leads eventually to a message explaining that xmission can only
allow its customers to download at present due to bandwidth
considerations. However, it does give an ftp site.
What you need to do if you want the mini cd is:
go to ftp mirrors.xmission.com
cd debian-minicd
get woody-i386-1.iso

actually this is a link to a .raw file but the link is there in case
people don't know what a .raw file is.
looks pretty good for getting you started up without having to even use
the net, the you can go online with apt-get and grab whatever else you
want!
It should probably be mentioned that this is an "unofficial" debian cd;
nothing wrong with that but just so you know.
