Hm, well,... I read to Peter Meijer,
( Peter.B.L.]Meijer[at]philips.com ), of course asking about the
license;
and I think it's best to forget that it becomes gnu/gpl: in his mind
free is gratis, while for me free = FREEDOM = gnu/gpl.

But of course if I'm not the one and only to ask about it, well then
maybe he can change his mind, or explain why he doesn't.

For me the point is quite simple: any refusal of publishing the sources
of disability or blindness related soft, is equival to discriminating
people, if we base this point of vue on the ADA american disability act.
But in Europe no any efforts have been done in such legal aspects and
nobody can expressely ask for a code, even if the aim is to help people
on non commercial ways.
I also think taht people who doesn't publish the code, is intended to
make people pay for his product, even if at this moment it is free (as
freeware but not as freedom).
