Please find below a brief summary of progress Collabora have made
last week on Pipewire and Weston/Wayland.
PipeWire
George:
- Fixed pipewire's integration in the AGL security framework
- Fixed bugs in the AGL audiomixer binding and the mixer
application
- Implemented the ability to read the default sound devices from
a configuration file in wireplumber
Julian:
- Refactored some wireplumber code to allow creating links
between endpoints asynchronously
- Implemented handling of audio capture clients
- Fixed a couple of wireplumber crashes
- Started implementing the ability to have multiple streams
(multimedia, navigation, etc..) on endpoints
Weston / Wayland
Scott:
- WIP: Port weston to new reference AGL compositor design
- Window managment
