Please find below a brief summary of progress Collabora have made
last week on Pipewire and the Compositor.
PipeWire
George:
- Refactored the session manager to introduce the concepts of
endpoints and streams, which became more clear during the F2F
meeting in A Coruña
- Rebased the pipewire sandbox on top of AGL master and made a
successful build
Julian:
- Was on leave
Compositor
Scott:
- WIP: Allowing programs which run remotely over RDP (remote
desktop protocol) to seamlessly run as fullscreen
- Rebased changes to various changes in upstream Weston's code
structure
- Investigating changes required for future work
