However,

When I search this the following result is what I get:

"A message will fail DMARC if the message fails both (1) SPF or SPF alignment and (2) DKIM or DKIM alignment."

And I have further proof by analysing the DMARC reports I have got, which DMARC fails if spf fails...

So I am not sure about this one. I believe I will need to put more research into it to find a definite answer.

Returning to the original question, what are we meant to do to prevent failing DMARC, including the domain does not seem to work so what else is there to do?
